The Wellness calendar requires me to make a menu for the week.
Being on the No Spend February, this means I can't go buy fun food or plan a menu like I normally would. Everything has to be based on what we have in the house so here is what I can make happen this week.
Five breakfasts during the week: 2-3 eggs a day if the chickens keep laying. If not, I can grab a pack of oatmeal.
Five work lunches: Salad, lean cuisine, tuna and crackers or bread.
Five work night dinners: pasta and spaghetti sauce with a salad, pork chops, grilled marinated flank steak, chicken and potatoes, seafood (fish sticks and shrimp egg rolls).
Weekends are a bit different because things change if someone shows up or we need to run out. I'm sure it will end up being something like hot dogs or sandwiches for lunch, pancakes or cereal for breakfasts, and something in a crock pot for dinner at least once.
